Refund Policy

1. No voluntary refunds

Payments cover access to the FrigAI digital service at USD 5 per month after the first free month. Voluntary refunds for change of mind, non-use or partial use of a paid month are not offered. This rule applies only where permitted by law and does not override mandatory consumer rights. Payment acceptance through the selected acquiring bank, ACBA Bank, is not yet active.

2. Mandatory exceptions

An erroneous or duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, failure to supply the agreed service, service defects or a valid statutory withdrawal may require a refund or another legal remedy. We will handle such cases under applicable law. The no-voluntary-refunds rule does not remove these rights.

3. Withdrawal and cancellation

Where EU/EEA distance-contract rules apply, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of a service contract, subject to statutory exceptions. Immediate access alone does not automatically remove that right. Any legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately; treatment differs for services and digital content. Cancellation of a future renewal and a refund for an existing period are separate matters.

4. Requests and processing

Send the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, amount and reason to the support contact below. You may exercise a statutory withdrawal without giving a reason. Approved refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and permitted. Mandatory deadlines apply; for a valid EU withdrawal, reimbursement is generally due within 14 days of notice. A payment provider may need additional processing time.

5. Renewal and access

Stopping future renewals does not by itself refund an already paid month. You retain access until the end of the paid period unless another lawful reason applies. For refund disputes contact support; statutory complaint and court rights remain available. If a refund is legally due, access associated with that refunded purchase may end.
